Our Queen Anne style bed and breakfast inn was built in 1896. Most recently a private residence, the Geyser Lodge was operated as a tourist home for many years.
Now in our 11th year, this home continues to be a comfortable and restful place to stay. Guests enjoy the Geyser Lodge while visiting and taking part in the many activities of Saratoga Springs, NY and all it has to offer at any time of year. Enjoy our delicious breakfasts by candlelight and sleep comfortably in one of our many guestrooms or our carriage house apartment. If you must work while you are visiting Saratoga, all rooms as well as our outdoor seating areas offer free wireless internet access.

Skidmore College is just two miles from this Saratoga B&B. The restless guest will never lack for a new adventure whether it is testing the "waters" of the springs here in town or white water rafting less than a 1/2 hour away in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains.

Geyser: This large one bedroom apartment offers a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The Geyser suite also provides a separate entrance, kitchenette, cozy gas fireplace, television/VCR/DVD and a large private bathroom with tub/shower. During the summer, enjoy the private spacious screened porch. Perfect for an extended stay.
Coesa: Light and airy like a day at the beach, this room has a queen bed and and a daybed with a private bath just a few steps across the hall. Enjoy the cozy ambiance and warm glow of an electric fireplace.
Hathorn: This spacious room contains a queen bed with private bath, refrigerator and furnishings inspired by Saratoga's historical Yaddo Gardens.
Lake: This room's furnishings will remind you of a cabin in the Adirondack Mountains and is complete with queen bed and private bath. Enjoy the warm glow of an electric fireplace.
Attic Suite: This bedroom with queen bed is light and bright with a seaside theme. There is a large sitting room and a large bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower. Room amenities include a TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker

Our "Breezy Knoll" Cabin on Lake Desolation
“Breezy Knoll” cabin is available for rental from mid-May through mid-October for 4-6 guests. It was recently renovated and is fully furnished. We generally rent the cabin for a week at a time at a rate of $650. Occasional weekends may be available. The end of July through Labor Day is often rented for the full six weeks of the Saratoga Springs horse racing season so book early
