Your hosts Marge and Gerald welcome you to our family run bed and breakfast. We will offer you our unique level of individual care and attention and you will be assured of a warm welcome at all times.
All rooms are on the ground floor and are of a high standard, with comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and lovely soft towels. We have two separate units in the garden with own entrance and privacy where you can come and go at your leisure.
We aim to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as we can and will endeavour to accommodate any reasonable requests.
We are proud of our Quality in Tourism 4 Star rating, and our new Silver award for quality and cleanliness and also with our Breakfast award for the quality and range on offer.
Rooms
All rooms are modern and of a high standard with en-suite facilities, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, digital flat screen televisions (all including freeview & radio channels), hair dryer & use of iron & ironing board. Toiletries are provided and we also have Internet access and WiFi available.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor and are light and airy, we have a lovely garden and large patio area where you can have breakfast alfresco weather permitting.
Off street parking is available.
Full English breakfast is provided with local fresh farm eggs and locally sourced produce.
Double / twin room from £80 per night two people sharing, the lodge is ideal for families or two people sharing from £90 per night.
No single rooms but double or twin room from £45 (full price in high season).
Children rates:- 0 - 3 Stay free 4 - 15 years £20 16+ full price.
Supplements may apply for Goodwood Events, Bank Holidays etc.

We are situated in Felpham with Bognor Regis Golf Course on your doorstep (and several more golf courses within easy reach). Felpham Village is at the bottom of the road & boasts 3 good local pubs all serving lunch & evening meals, shops & restaurants; Bank with cash point, also St Mary's a beautiful Norman Church.
Bognor Regis town centre is 2 miles away and is easily accessed for the railway station. The lovely beach & promenade is within walking distance & has tennis courts, putting green & beach café’s for your enjoyment. Our beach has a blue flag award.
