Welcome to Low Osgoodby Grange Bed and Breakfast
John and Trish Fawcett would like to welcome you to their four star silver rated family run bed and breakfast.
We are a Georgian farmhouse bed and breakfast on a working farm.
We are situated between the rural villages of Bagby and Kilburn, and are about 5 miles from Thirsk, with easy access to the A19 and A1.
We offer comfortable good value for money bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful countryside setting.

Separate dining room for guests, in which a substantial breakfast is served.

Comfortable private lounge, with TV, in which you can relax.

The garden to the front of the house, provides a wonderful seating area in summer, with views of the countryside.

We are child friendly and if required can provide a cot.

We can also provide an ironing facility.

All rooms are fully central heated.
If you have any special requirements please do tell us and we will, where possible, try to cater for your needs.
Bedrooms
Our three bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard to provide you with a comfortable stay. All are ensuite, and are stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels. The ensuites contain a shower (no bath) however guests are welcome to use the shared bathroom if they would prefer a bath! All rooms have tea and coffee facilities, mineral water, tv and hairdryers.
Bedroom 1 is a double room overlooking the gardens.
Bedroom 2 is a comfortable double room with views of the farm.
Bedroom 3 is a family room, with 1 double bed and 1 single.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am in the private dining room. Where possible we always use local produce and we use our own fresh free range farm eggs.

Local Attractions
We are ideally placed for visiting many of the local attractions and are very central to local Yorkshire racecourses. We are situated 5 miles from the market town of Thirsk. Markets are held every Saturday and Monday (including Bank Holiday Mondays.)
Horse racing nearby at Thirsk Racecourse [10 mins] and Ripon Racecourse, York Racecourse and Catterick Racecourse within 30 mins.
