BED & BREAKFAST IN OUR COUNTRY HOUSE
Bidders Croft is the very comfortable family home of Bill and Charlotte Carver and lies in a quiet country district with exceptional views of the Malvern Hills The house has been built using 200-year-old bricks and was completed sixteen years ago on the site of a previous one. It is set in eight acres of old apple and perry pear orchard, home to much wildlife, and recently acquired meadow, incorporating newly-planted vineyard. The garden, based on the original one, has a large terrace leading to an ornamental pool and lawns beyond with a productive vegetable patch. A cockerel, several varieties of chickens and four guinea fowl have their own run nearby, the hens providing fresh eggs most of the year.
LOCATION
Just a few minutes from Malvern and Upton-upon-Severn, conveniently situated near the M5 motorway (exit J7 or J8, between Worcester & Cheltenham), being about 10 minutes from the M50 J1 (signposted 'The Malverns' - 20 minutes east of Ross-on-Wye). Stratford, The Cotswolds and Birmingham are within 45 minutes, while London and The West Country are easily reached via the M5.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Top quality cuisine at the recently refurbished gastro pub 'The Inn at Welland' (3 minutes’ walk). In addition, there is a wide choice of riverside and other pubs and restaurants nearby.
Many local gardens and places of interest, including the Three Counties Showground for Spring and Autumn Gardening Shows and numerous other events; Malvern Theatres complex has excellent drama, dance, opera, concerts and films; and there are exhilarating walks on The Malvern Hills, with wonderful views for miles around.

1 Double bedroom and 1 Twin bedroom, both with a private bathroom £85 - £95 per night, based on two sharing. £50 - £55 per night for single occupancy. Exact prices advised at time of booking. If you are travelling with friends or family and are happy to share bathrooms, then we can make available an extra bedroom.
Generous English Breakfasts, cooked on the Aga and served in our large Conservatory, include poached fruit from our orchard, our own new laid eggs, Bill's 'legendary' marmalade and homemade bread, delicious jams and creamy local honey.
Comfortable Drawing Room overlooking pretty sun terrace and 8 acres of gardens and grounds, with many mature trees and colourful borders.
A no smoking household and no dogs as there are resident pets. Children 11+ welcome.

Take The Elgar Route to places loved by Edward Elgar, England’s great composer, including the Elgars’ Graves in St Wulstan’s Churchyard at Little Malvern (2 miles away) and his Birthplace at Lower Broadheath, near Worcester.
Malvern Theatres: frequent pre-West End and Broadway runs, as well as drama, dance, opera, concerts and films, and home to the English Symphony Orchestra (5 miles).
Other Theatre & Music: at Stratford, Tewkesbury, and Cheltenham where there are Festivals of Music and Literature; The Three Choirs Festival alternates between the cathedrals of Worcester (12 miles), Hereford (17 miles) and Gloucester (19 miles).
